I HAVE decided, and have pretty much resigned to the fact that my blogs - all 52 weeks' worth will emulate a height chart...but instead of measuring growth, it'll measure accomplishments.... Take my video below for example (I say scratching my temple with my mouth twisted in a highly awkward position)...this instrument playing thing is definitely a work-in-progress. I definitely bit off more than I can chew with my song choice.. AND I have really sore fingertips (oh...not from chewing my fingers but from pressing them into steel-strings! At least I can take things out of the microwave now and don't require a tea towel!) Next time, I'm going to choose something simple. A four-chord-song...any "oldie but goodie" such as Knockin' on Heaven's Door, Dreaming My Dreams, Let It Be ...actually, anything by the Beetles and not by Led Zeppelin...or Santana. The song I chose is a favourite of mine and seemed easy at the time, however, between belting
